I'm Lauren
I specialise in supporting professionals experiencing burnout, chronic stress, overwhelm, and the lasting impact of difficult life and work-related experiences.
Using evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help clients understand and address the underlying patterns, core beliefs, and coping strategies that contribute to burnout, overworking, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion.
Together, we work towards creating healthier, more sustainable ways of managing work, relationships, and life, helping you feel more balanced, resilient, and in control.
I specialise in identifying and working with core beliefs—deeply held patterns of thinking that often develop early in life and can continue to influence how we respond to stress, relationships, and work, keeping us stuck in unhelpful cycles.
I support clients in recognising and understanding these beliefs with greater clarity, and in working through the patterns they create. Using a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I help you begin to shift long-standing ways of coping so you can build a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and sustainable.

Alongside my work in occupational health and burnout, I have developed particular experience supporting individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEADs), deepening my understanding of the complex relationship between stress, trauma, emotional wellbeing, and physical symptoms.
